Best Ever Fried Tenderloin
- 1 -2 lb deer tenderloins
- buttermilk
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- tony chaceres creole seasoning
- canola oil (for deep frying)
- Soak tenderloin in buttermilk.
- Combine flour, salt, and pepper in a large ziploc bag.
- Add tenderloin in bag and shake to coat.
- Heat oil to 375 degrees in skillet.
- Remove tenderloin from bag and add as much creole seasoning as desired.
- Place tenderloin into skillet, cooking about 3 at a time.
- Remove to paper towels to drain when through cooking.
