Steamed Chicken Egg Foo Young

  1. Mix first 3 ingredients in large bowl until blended.
  2. Add eggs, broth and water; whisk until well blended.
  3. Pour into 1.5- L round casserole dish, cover with foil.
  4. Place in metal steamer filled with simmering water; cook on medium heat 20 min.
  5. or until eggs are set.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Combine onions, soy sauce, garlic and berries in small bowl.
  8. Heat oil in small saucepan on high heat; stir into onion mixture.
  9. Pour over chicken mixture; top with coriander.
