Black Pepper Ham And Mushroom

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil then add some salt and quick blanch the bak choy for 1 minutes then drain dry
  2. Baked the black pepper ham slice with(store bought black pepper sauce or diy black pepper sauce )with some water for 10 minutes then add slice button mushroom and baked for another 10 minutes
  3. In pan with oil saute the onion with dice garlic and shallot for 1 minutes then add in the baked ham thin strip black pepper flavoured ham and button mushroom and all its sauce for another 1 minutes then off heat and serve as side dish or great with white rice too
