Chrysanthemum Greens Salad with Plenty of Sesame Oil
- 1 bunch Chrysanthemum greens
- 3 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 bit less than 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Nori seaweed
- 1 White sesame seeds
- 1 dash Black pepper
- Wash the chrysanthemum greens well, chop up into easy to eat pieces, and put on a serving plate without cooking.
- Sprinkle with salt.
- Heat up the sesame oil in a small frying pan until it's smoking slightly.
- Pour the hot oil over the greens.
- It will hiss and spit, so be careful not to burn yourself!!
- Mix well after adding the oil.
- Scatter on some nori seaweed, sesame seeds and more black pepper if you'd like.
- Enjoy!
