Chrysanthemum Greens Salad with Plenty of Sesame Oil

  1. Wash the chrysanthemum greens well, chop up into easy to eat pieces, and put on a serving plate without cooking.
  2. Sprinkle with salt.
  3. Heat up the sesame oil in a small frying pan until it's smoking slightly.
  4. Pour the hot oil over the greens.
  5. It will hiss and spit, so be careful not to burn yourself!!
  6. Mix well after adding the oil.
  7. Scatter on some nori seaweed, sesame seeds and more black pepper if you'd like.
  8. Enjoy!
