Tipsy Bananas With Chocolate
- 4 bananas, unpeeled
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 4 teaspoons brown sugar (dark)
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 12 cup dry sherry
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 lemon, zest of
- Turn you oven to 430F (220C).
- Cut into each banana from side to side without cutting all the way thru.
- Fill each banana with 1/4 cup of chocolate chips, stuff them as well as you.

- Roll each banana into aluminum foil, cover them completely.
- Bake in oven for 15 minutes.
