Chicken ala King On Jill's Biscuit
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 Onion chopped
- 4 clove Garlic minced
- 3 Celery chopped
- 4 Carrots chopped
- 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
- 2 tbsp Jalapeno sliced (jar)
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 tbsp Fresh Thyme
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne
- 4 cup Chicken broth
- 4 cup Rotisserie (cooked) chicken chopped
- 5 Biscuits
- Dutch oven, heat 3 rounds of Olive Oil, and Butter.
- Saute garlic, onion, celery, carrots.
- Saute for 6 minutes until softens.
- Add jalapeno and mushrooms for another 4 minutes.
- Add flour.
- Continuing scraping the bottom and fold the veggies.
- Add thyme, cayenne, and then Chicken broth.
- This will thicken.
- Add cooked chicken.
- Put a biscuit split and pour on the chicken ala king.
- This chicken can be over rice.
- Also, chicken pot pie.
