Pumpkin-Apple Pie Parfaits
- 1 can (541 mL) apple pie filling
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
- 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup cold milk
- 1-1/2 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping, divided
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- Spoon pie filling into 10 dessert glasses.
- Beat pumpkin, dry pudding mix, pumpkin spice and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min.
- Stir in 1 cup Cool Whip.
- Spoon over pie filling in glasses.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Top with remaining Cool Whip and nuts just before serving.
