Mushroom Beef Stroganoff
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. steak, thinly sliced Safeway 1 lb For $5.99 thru 02/09
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 can (10 oz) Aylmer Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 2 Tbsp. HEINZ Tomato Ketchup
- 2 1/2 tsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 4 cups wide egg noodles
- Brown steak, onion and mushrooms in oil in frypan over medium-high heat.
- Stir in soup, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce.
- Simmer over medium heat 3 to 5 minutes.
- Stir in yogurt and heat through.
- Serve over cooked egg noodles.
