Mediterranean Chik'n Sandwich

• 3 frozen BOCA Original Chikn Veggie Nuggets
• 1 Tbsp. basil pesto sauce
• 1 Tbsp. reduced fat mayonnaise
• 1 French bread roll, partially split
• 1 lettuce leaf
• 1/2 of a medium roasted red pepper, cut into strips

1. Bake nuggets as directed on pkg.
2. Mix pesto sauce and mayo until well blended.
3. Spread evenly onto cut sides of roll.
4. Fill with lettuce, pepper and nuggets.
