BAKER'S Peanut Butter Swirl Brownies

  1. Place unsweetened chocolate and butter in large stainless steel bowl (or medium bowl for trial recipe).
  2. Place over boiling water; stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  3. Cool slightly.
  4. Beat eggs with wire whisk in large bowl.
  5. Gradually add chocolate mixture, beating vigorously after each addition until well blended.
  6. Add sugar and flour; mix well.
  7. Spread evenly into two greased full hotel pans (or one half hotel pan for trial recipe).
  8. Bake at 350F for 30 min.
  9. Immediately drop spoonfuls of peanut butter over hot brownies; sprinkle with semi-sweet chocolate.
  10. Let stand 1 min.
  11. or until semi-sweet chocolate is completely melted.
  12. Lightly swirl peanut butter and chocolate with knife for marble effect.
  13. Cool completely.
