BAKER'S Peanut Butter Swirl Brownies
- 20 squares Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate, chopped
- 3-3/4 cups butter
- 15 each eggs
- 1 qt. sugar
- 1-1/4 qt. flour
- 2-1/2 cups Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
- 10 squares Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
- Place unsweetened chocolate and butter in large stainless steel bowl (or medium bowl for trial recipe).
- Place over boiling water; stir until chocolate is completely melted.
- Cool slightly.
- Beat eggs with wire whisk in large bowl.
- Gradually add chocolate mixture, beating vigorously after each addition until well blended.
- Add sugar and flour; mix well.
- Spread evenly into two greased full hotel pans (or one half hotel pan for trial recipe).
- Bake at 350F for 30 min.
- Immediately drop spoonfuls of peanut butter over hot brownies; sprinkle with semi-sweet chocolate.
- Let stand 1 min.
- or until semi-sweet chocolate is completely melted.
- Lightly swirl peanut butter and chocolate with knife for marble effect.
- Cool completely.
