French Cream Almondine

  1. Melt milk chocolate to 110 degrees F. Scald milk.
  2. Add hot milk and marshmallow to melted chocolate, beating until smooth.
  3. Stir in 1 1/2 cups almonds.
  4. Spread in a buttered 8-inch square pan.
  5. Sprinkle remaining almonds over top and press in.
  6. When set, cut into squares.
  7. Makes about 49 pieces.
