Chicken Fricasse
- 1 quart heavy cream
- 2 can corn
- 2 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup olives
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1/2 lb sliced mozzarella
- 1 shreded potatos
- 2 cup water
- 1 pinch salt
- Blend corn, cream cheese, heavy cream and water.
- Put that mix in the pot, with the pulled chicken, olives and salt, until thicks.
- Oven bake with cheese and shreded potato until cream start to boil.
