Chili With Red Beans And Corn Recipe

  1. In 5 to 6 qt saucepot brown beef and onion, stirring with wooden spoon to break up meat into small pcs.
  2. Drain off any fat.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients except beans and corn.
  4. Cover and bring to boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer slowly for 45 min, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add in kidney beans and corn and simmer, uncovered 30 min longer, stirring occasionally.
  7. Taste chili; add in more seasoning if necessary.
  8. Makes 10 c., 8 servings.
  9. Very good!
