Sweet Potato Casserole

• 1 (20 ounce) can sweet potatoes (drained and mashed)
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup melted margarine
• 1 cup crushed Ritz cracker
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 12 cup chopped pecans
• 12 cup melted margarine

1. Mix Casserole ingredients thoroughly and spoon into a 3 qt casserole dish.
2. Mix Topping ingredients and smooth over casserole mixture.
3. Bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
