Peachy Praline Cobbler Recipe
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. half & half
- 4 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. crushed (finely) graham crackers
- 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. almond brickle chips
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
- 1/2 c. flaked coconut
- 1 (16 ounce.) can sliced peaches, drain well and chop
- 1 c. whipping cream, whipped
- Combine cream cheese and sugar; mix with electric mixer till well blended.
- Gradually add in half & half, Large eggs, and vanilla; mix well.
- In large bowl, combine crumbs, chips, pecans, and coconut.
- Stir into this cream cheese mix and peaches.
- Mix well.
- Pour into greased 9 inch square pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 min till edges are golden.
- Serve hot or possibly chilled with fresh sliced peaches and whipped cream.
