Chocolate Covered Marshmallow Eggs

  1. Fill four 9x13-inch pans with flour and use the egg to make egg impressions in the flour.
  2. Dissolve gelatin in cold water (to soften) then stir in boiling water.
  3. Add 2 cups sugar and vanilla; whisk until softpeaks form.
  4. Spoon immediately into egg impressions and lay a vanilla wafer on top (curved side down).
  5. Let set.
  6. Melt chocolate and wax.
  7. Shake flour from marshmallow egg and dip in chocolate.
  8. Lay on waxed paper.
  9. Allow to set.
