Spaghetti Meat Sauce (Freezable)

  1. Saute onion and garlic in hot oil.
  2. Add meat and cook until browned.
  3. Add remaining ingredients; simmer slowly for about 1 hour.
  4. Cool quickly; freeze in ice cube trays.
  5. When frozen, transfer to freezer container.
  6. To serve, heat as many cubes as needed over low heat.
