Chicken-FullySeasoned OvenCooked
- 1 1/2 tbsp All purpose seasoning
- 1 1/4 tbsp ginger ,garlic and pimento powder
- 1 1/3 tsp cayenne pepper
- 6 piece skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Preheat the oven to 200Ac
- Wash with lemon juice and water , also cut the excess fatty bits off the chicken.
- Put into a bowl and add the all purpose seasoning .
- Rub it into the chicken so that it's evenly distributed.
- Add the rest of the powders/seasoning .
- And mix into the chicken .
- Leave in fridge for however long you want (I put mine straight in the oven )
- Add the oil to a pan and put the chicken into the pan allowing enough space between them .
- Cook for 35 mins on one side .
- Then 20 mins on the other or until it has throughly cooked .
- Serve with rice , potatoes or anything you'd like .
- Enjoy it to the max
