Tee Pe Potato Cheese Soup Recipe

• 1/3 c. butter
• 6 med. potatoes, diced
• 2 carrots, diced
• 1 carton half and half
• 8 ounce. processed cheese
• 2 ounce. Cheddar
• 1 teaspoon onion salt
• 1 can cream of celery soup
• Salt and pepper

1. Boil potatoes and carrots.
2. Reserve 1 c. of water.
3. In separate pan, heat butter and stir in half and half.
4. Add in cheese, salt and pepper.
5. Stir in potato water, heat and serve.
