Honey Popcorn Recipe
- 2 c. honey
- 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk or possibly 1 c. whipping cream
- 1/2 c. real butter
- Dash of salt
- 2 gal. popped popcorn
- In a large pan add in honey, cream, butter and salt.
- Cook on medium heat till it reaches 230 degrees.
- Pour over popcorn.
- Eat!
- Let it cold slightly if you want to make popcorn balls.
