Spicy Pork Soboro
- 200 grams Ground pork
- 1 piece the size of your thumbtip Finely chopped ginger
- 1 clove Finely chopped garlic
- 1/2 stalk Finely chopped Japanese leek
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp Doubanjiang
- 1 Sesame oil
- Heat sesame oil in a wok or pan, and add ginger, garlic, and onions.
- Once they are aromatic, add the pork and mix together.
- Add the ingredients marked with for flavoring.
- Add 1 to 2, and stir fry.
- You can put it on top of rice .
- Or you can put it on top of Dandanmian.
