Celeriac Slaw

  1. In a bowl, combine the celeriac, mayonnaise, mustard, capers, tarragon, parsley, and lemon zest and juice.
  2. Toss to combine.
  3. Taste and adjust for seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for up to 8 hours until ready to serve.
