Enchiladas

  1. Cook and stir hamburger, onion, salt and pepper until browned. Stir in 1/2 cup cheese.
  2. Cover and set aside.
  3. In separate pan, heat remaining ingredients, except tortillas.
  4. Bring to a boil and reduce heat.
  5. Simmer 15 minutes and pour sauce into pie plate. Dip each tortilla into sauce, covering both sides.
  6. Place into 12 x 9-inch baking dish and spoon 1/4 cup hamburger mix onto tortilla and roll around filling.
  7. Pour remaining sauce and cheese over enchiladas.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for about 15 to 20 minutes.
