California Rolls
- 4 Shrimp tempura
- 1 Egg
- 2 leaves Lettuce
- 1 Avocado
- 2 bowls Sushi rice
- 2 sheets Nori seaweed
- Make the sushi rice by mixing the rice with sushi vinegar.
- Make the tamagoyaki omelet in a tamagoyaki pan and cut it in half.
- Fry the shrimp.
- Place a sheet of nori seaweed onto a sushi rolling mat, and then spread a thin layer of sushi rice over it.
- Line up the shrimp tempura, lettuce, tamagoyaki omelet, and avocado on top of the rice.
- Roll everything up, cover with some mayonnaise, cut, and serve.
