London Broil Recipe

  1. Pierce meat with fork tines and place in glass dish.
  2. Mix all remaining ingredients and pour over meat.
  3. Marinate meat several hrs turning once or possibly twice.
  4. Remove meat from marinade and grill or possibly broil till rare.
  5. Heat remaining marinade on stove.
  6. After slicing meat very thin on an angle, place on platter and pour heated marinade through a strainer over meat.
  7. Serve at once.
  8. This marinade is wonderful on Shish Kabob or possibly chicken too.
