BULL'S-EYE Memphis Style Red-Eye BBQ Ribs

  1. Place each rack of ribs on separate large sheet heavy-duty foil; rub with coffee grounds.
  2. Wrap ribs in foil.
  3. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  4. Heat charcoal grill to medium heat.
  5. Arrange coals evenly on each side of charcoal grate.
  6. Place wrapped ribs on center of grate; cover with lid.
  7. Grill 2 hours.
  8. Remove ribs from foil; discard foil.
  9. Place ribs, meat-sides down, on grill grate; brush with 1/4 cup sauce.
  10. Grill 10 min., turning after 5 min.
  11. and brushing with remaining barbecue sauce.
