Bbq Spareribs Recipe
- 8 x chicken franks
- 1 1/4 c. prepared barbecue sauce
- 1 Tbsp. finely minced onion
- 1 tsp mustard
- Slice each frank on the diagonal into 5 pcs.
- In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
- Add in frank slices and toss gently to coat well.
- Arrange coated franks in single layer on baking sheet and place under broiler 2 min.
- Turn and broil 2 min longer, or possibly till franks are golden.
- Watch carefully to avoid burning.
- Serve with toothpicks, if you like.
- Makes 40.
