Pesto Pita Toasts
- 2 Pocket Pita rounds
- 1/2 cup pesto
- Olive oil
- Parmesan cheese
- Cut pita rounds into 6 triangles.
- Split triangles in half.
- Brush the rough side of triangles with olive oil.
- Brush 1/2 tablespoon pesto on each triangle.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 5 to 7 minutes in a 350 degree oven until crisp.
