Pesto Pita Toasts

  1. Cut pita rounds into 6 triangles.
  2. Split triangles in half.
  3. Brush the rough side of triangles with olive oil.
  4. Brush 1/2 tablespoon pesto on each triangle.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
  6. Place on baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes in a 350 degree oven until crisp.
