Garlic Snow Peas With Lemon Zest and Parmigiana
- 2 bunch Fresh Snow peas, rinsed and trimmed
- 2 tsp Oil of choice for sauteing (I used avocado oil)
- 2 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 Zest of half a lemon
- 1 Grated Parmigiana, to taste
- Wash and trim your fresh snow peas.
- Add oil to your pan along with grated lemon zest.
- On med-hi heat, begin sauteing snow peas, for about a minute, until they soften a little.
- Add garlic and saute for another minute.
- Remove from heat and grate Parmigiana onto dish.
- Enjoy!
