Red, Hot and Bleu Burger

  1. To assemble, lay your toasted bun bottoms out.
  2. Spread with BBQ sauce.
  3. Now to layer.
  4. Place your burger on the bun and top with a little more BBQ sauce, if you like.
  5. Top each burger with half of the remaining ingredients, in this order (or whatever order you'd like): bacon, blue cheese, jalapenos, slaw, french fried onions.
  6. Top with bun.
  7. Secure with toothpick if needed.
  8. Eat with LOTS of napkins on hand.
