Philly Frank

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add vegetables; cook 5 min.
  3. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  4. Divide vegetables into 4 portions in skillet; top each with cheese slice.
  5. Cover skillet; cook on low heat 2 min.
  6. or until cheese is melted.
  7. Meanwhile, cook franks as directed on package.
  8. Fill buns with franks and vegetable mixture.
