Hot Clam-Cheese Dip
- 2 small onions, chopped
- 1 (4 ounce) canchopped green chilies
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans minced clams, drained
- 1 lb processed cheese, cut into cubes
- 8 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 12 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- saute onions and chillies in butter.
- add remaining indgredients.
- cook until cheese melts.
- serve warm with dipping-style corn chips.
