Sauteed Spinach with Carrots, Raisins and Almonds

  1. Bring dressing and raisins to boil in large saucepan.
  2. Add spinach; cover.
  3. Cook on medium heat 1 min.
  4. Add carrots.
  5. Turn spinach with tongs so unwilted spinach is on bottom of pan; cook 1 min.
  6. or just until all the spinach is wilted.
  7. Spoon into serving bowl; top with nuts.
