Mary's Sweet and Sour Meatballs

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl mix together ground beef, 2 tbsp onion soup mix, bread crumbs, milk, egg and soy sauce.
  3. Shape into 36 1" balls.
  4. Arrange 1/2 apart in 2 shallow baking pans.
  5. Bake 15 minutes or until brown.
  6. Pour off fat.
  7. In a 10 inch skillet combine remaining ingredients cooking over medium heat until boiling.
  8. Reduce heat to low and add meatballs.
  9. Simmer 10 minutes.
  10. Serve over rice.
