London Broil Marinade Recipe

• London broil, size of your choice
• 1/2 c. oil
• 1/2 c. soy sauce
• 1/2 c. tomato juice (I use ketchup mixed with water to make 1/2 c.)
• 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
• 3 cloves garlic
• Pepper

1. Score London broil in diamond fashion on both sides, put in baking dish.
2. Mix all ingredients and pour over meat, marinate overnight.
3. Broil or grill to desired doneness.
