Raspberry Ganache Pie

  1. Microwave chocolate and cream in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.
  2. or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after each minute.
  3. Beat with whisk until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  4. Stir in 2 Tbsp.
  5. jam.
  6. Pour into crust.
  7. Refrigerate 4 hours.
  8. Arrange berries on top of pie.
  9. Microwave remaining jam and water in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec.
  10. ; stir until well blended.
  11. Brush onto berries.
  12. Keep refrigerated.
