Oven-Roasted Salmon for Two
- 1 Tbsp. Miracle Whip made with Olive Oil Spread*
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed
- 2 skinless salmon fillets (1/2 lb./225 g) Walmart Supercenter 1 lb For $6.94 thru 02/14
- 1 tsp. lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 5 rich round crackers, finely crushed (about 1/4 cup)
- 110 g angel hair pasta, uncooked
- 2 cups small broccoli florets
- 1-1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Mix Miracle Whip, mustard and dill until blended.
- Place fish in shallow ovenproof dish; drizzle with lemon juice.
- Cover with Miracle Whip mixture and cracker crumbs.
- Bake 12 to 14 min.
- or until fish flakes easily with fork.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding broccoli to the boiling water for the last 2 min.
- Drain pasta mixture in colander, reserving 2 Tbsp.

- Heat oil in same saucepan on medium heat.
- Add garlic; cook and stir 1 min.
- Add pasta mixture and reserved cooking water; toss to coat.
- Top with cheese.
- Serve with fish.
