Mom's Cocktail Meatballs

  1. MIx ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, milk, egg, parsley, salt and pepper, and Worcestershire sauce, shape into 1 inch balls.
  2. Melt shortening in large skillet, brown meatballs.
  3. Remove meatballs from skillet and drain.
  4. Heat chili sauce and jelly in skillet until jelly is melted, stirring constantly.
  5. Add meatballs and stir until coated.
  6. Simmer 30 minutes,.
  7. Serve in chafing dish.
