Spring rolls with ground beef and soy sprouts
- 500 grams ground beef
- 1 packages soy sprouts ( cut the tails )
- 2 shreded carrots
- 3 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 cup chopped onion string
- 2 tsp chicken powder
- 2 tsp papper powder
- 1 dash salt
- 1 tbsp tapioca starch
- 5 garlic cloves chopped
- 50 ml water
- 1 tbsp sasame oil
- 2 packages Spring rolls wrapper
- 3 tbsp cooking oil to stir fried
- 1 cooking oil to fried
- Heat cooking oil into the pan.
- Add chopped garlic, stir until smell good come out.
- Then add ground beef , stir it until the colour change.
- After, add soy sprouts, shreded carrots, and another ingredients into the pan, except tapioca starch, and sasame oil.
- Simmer and stir about 15 mnt.
- Put tapioca starch and sasame oil in last minute bfore turn off the stove.
- Let the filling cool.
- Wrapped one by one the spring rolls wrapper.
- Keep aside.
- Deep fry the spring rolls in medium heat.
- Fry until golden brown color.
- Serve it with sweet sour sauce, or another sauce you want.
