Cheesy Meat Dip
- 1/2 lb. hot breakfast sausage, crumbled
- 1 lb. (16 oz.) Mexican VELVEETA, cut up
- 1 can (10 oz.) diced tomatoes and green chiles
- 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped (optional)
- 1/4 bunch cilantro, chopped (optional)
- Cook sausage; drain.
- Microwave VELVEETA in microwave-safe bowl until melted.
- Add cooked sausage and remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Serve hot.
