Grilled Bacon Cheddar Stuffed Burgers

  1. cut package of bacon in half and fry according to package directions.
  2. set aside.
  3. preheat grill.
  4. prepare meat by balling up meat into 10 equal sized balls.
  5. hand form each ball into a round flat patty.
  6. slice brick of cheese into thin slices.
  7. about 1/4 inch thick.
  8. on one patty place enough cheese to cover the middle of the patty only.
  9. about 2.5 slices.
  10. place one slice of bacon on top of the cheese.
  11. place another patty on top.
  12. now pinch the edges together and reform your now filled patty until u no longer see a crease.
  13. season both sides of burger with the bacon molasses seasoning.
  14. place burgers on grill and cook until done.
  15. flipping halfway.
  16. about 10 minutes per side depending on how well done u like them.
  17. just before removing from the grill place a few more slices of cheddar on the top of the burger and heat until just melting.
  18. remove from heat and place on a tray to await assembly.
  19. place burger on bun and add more bacon and toppings of your choice.
  20. serve..
  21. HINT: keep raw beef cold.
  22. keep refridgerated until ready to cook.
  23. they stay together better when cold.
