Chicken Fahita Recipe

• 3 tbsp. white wine
• 6 tbsp. butter
• 1 tbsp. soy sauce
• 2 tbsp. garlic pwdr
• 1 tbsp. black pepper
• 1-2 pound chicken strips

1. Make sauce with wine, butter and soy sauce.
2. Mix chicken with sauce and marinate.
3. Brown meat and sauce with garlic and pepper.
4. Then char under broiler.
5. Serve with softened flour tortilla.
