Corn and quinoa balls recipe

  1. Cook the quinoa following the packet directions.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  3. Combine all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl, season with salt and pepper and roll the mixture into 50g balls.
  4. Spray each of the balls with olive oil spray before placing them carefully into a baking tray.
  5. Bake in the dry oven for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve while hot.
