Grilled Greek Chicken & Vegetable Foil Packets
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
- 1 lb. (450 g) red new potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices King Sooper's 5 lb For $1.88 thru 02/09
- 1 red pepper, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 small zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Greek Feta Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh oregano
- Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Place 1 chicken breast on centre of each of 4 large sheets heavy-duty foil; top with vegetables, garlic and dressing.
- Fold to make 4 packets.
- Grill 30 to 35 min.
- or until chicken is done (170 degrees F).
- Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening packets.
- Sprinkle with oregano.
