Asparagus and Bacon Egg Stir Fry

  1. Parboil the asparagus.
  2. Cut the asparagus and bacon into easy to eat pieces.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan, add the asparagus and bacon, and lightly fry.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add the beaten egg, fry some more, transfer to a serving plate and enjoy.
