Nanny Hemming's Quick and Easy Chili

  1. Cook your hamburger until well done- no pink showing.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a crock pot on low and heat through.
  3. Add more chili powder to taste if you like.
  4. Let it sit in the crock pot for no more than 2 hours or until totally heated through.
  5. Serve over rice if desired.
