Salted Pita Wedges
- 6 pieces Pita Bread
- 1/2 cups Olive Oil
- 3 Tablespoons Kosher Salt
- Preheat the oven to 375 F.
- Cut the pita pieces into six wedges each.
- Lay the wedges on a foil-lined baking sheet and brush both sides generously with olive oil.
- Sprinkle both sides with salt, then bake them for 15 to 18 minutes until theyre golden brown and crisp.
- Serve warm or at room temperature with whatever dip you want!
