Salted Pita Wedges

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F.
  2. Cut the pita pieces into six wedges each.
  3. Lay the wedges on a foil-lined baking sheet and brush both sides generously with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle both sides with salt, then bake them for 15 to 18 minutes until theyre golden brown and crisp.
  5. Serve warm or at room temperature with whatever dip you want!
