Chocolate Peanut Butter & Toffee Bars

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides.
  3. Combine first 4 ingredients in medium bowl.
  4. Cook butter and 1/3 cup peanut butter in small saucepan on medium-low heat 4 to 5 min.
  5. or until butter is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add to oats mixture; mix well.
  7. Press onto bottom of prepared pan.
  8. Bake 15 min.
  9. or until golden brown.
  10. Cook chocolate and remaining peanut butter in saucepan on medium-low heat until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  11. Spread over warm crust; sprinkle with toffee bits.
  12. Let stand 2 hours or until chocolate is firm.
  13. Use foil handles to remove dessert from pan before cutting into bars.
