Mixed Citrus Marmalade Recipe

  1. Combine 1 1/2 qt water and rinds in Dutch oven.
  2. Bring to boil.
  3. Boil, uncovered, 5 min; drain and repeat.
  4. Combine 1 1/2 qt water, rind, minced fruit and lemon; bring to a boil.
  5. Boil 5 min.
  6. Cover and let stand in cold place 12-15 hrs.
  7. Uncover and bring mix to boil and boil 35-40 min.
  8. Measure amount of fruit and liquid; add in 1 c. sugar per 1 c. fruit and liquid.
  9. Stir well.
  10. Bring mix to a boil and boil till mix registers 220 degrees on candy thermometer, stirring frequently.
  11. Pour marmalade into jars.
  12. Process in boiling water bath 10 min.
