Spaghetti with Italian Sausage Meat Alternative

  1. Heat oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic, onion, sausage and peppers to pan; saute until peppers are soft.
  3. Add spaghetti sauce, parsley, basil and oregano; simmer 15 min., then add mushrooms and simmer 5 more min.
  4. Divide into 4 equal portions; serve over cooked pasta.
  5. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  6. Serve each person 8 fl.
